Registration fee

All participants and organizations who wish to participate in IFERT may register online at this link: www.ifert.ait.ac.th.

  • Registration Fee: US$ 250.00 (Baht 8,500) – inclusive of conference materials, lunch, coffee breaks and accommodation.
    US$ 100.00 (Baht 3,500) – inclusive of all above except accommodation
  • Additional Fee:     Field Trip (optional) – US$ 50.00
What’s Included

Fee covers access to all keynotes/sessions, conference kit, two buffet lunches, coffee breaks and field visit. Registration is incomplete until payment is received. Authors MUST register for their papers to be included in the proceedings. Cash is required for ON-SITE registration.

Student Registration

Students must provide a valid student ID card (scanned a copy and sent by email).
One registration is valid for one paper presentation only.

Refunds & Cancellations

All cancellations or refund request must be made in writing by email or fax to the IFERT Secretariat. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the registration fee received by the secretariat will be given to cancellations received on or before 15 October 2017 (Thailand time). No refunds will be given for cancellations received afterwards.
